During the early access program, we collect usage analytics and crash/error data to improve the app. By participating in the program (installing and using the app), you agree to this collection. Details of what we collect are in the “Information we collect” section below. Once the app becomes generally available, you will be able to turn these options on or off in the app’s settings. At StartDoBe, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the StartDoBe application (the "App"). Please read this privacy policy carefully. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

We collect only the information needed to operate the App and improve your experience.

Information you provide:

• Account and profile information: We may collect information such as your email address and display name to create an account or sync across devices.
• Habit and tracking data: The App stores the habits or goals you create, completion history, and related data on your device. If you enable any sync or backup features, this data may also be stored securely on our servers or those of our service providers.

Information collected automatically:

• Usage analytics: Only if you have given consent inside the App by enabling the toggle for usage analytics, we may collect information about how the App is used, including screens viewed, features used, general usage patterns, device type, operating system version, approximate region, and app version. This data may be processed via third-party analytics providers.
• Crash and performance data: Only if you have given consent inside the App by enabling the toggle for error tracking, we may collect information about crashes, errors, and performance issues to aid debugging and to improve user experience. This data may be processed via third-party services.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of personal data (such as health records, financial account numbers, or government IDs).

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate and provide the App and its core features
• Save your goals, habits, progress, and settings across sessions and (if sync is enabled) across your devices
• Understand and improve the App's performance, design, features, and user experience
• Fix bugs, diagnose crashes, and enhance security
• Respond to your messages, questions, and support requests
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

We may use your information for other purposes with your consent. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

• Habit data is stored for as long as it remains in your App or account.
• Crash logs and analytics data are generally kept for a limited time needed for troubleshooting and trend analysis.

We use reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The security of your data also depends on the security of your device. We strongly recommend that users:

• Keep their operating system and apps up to date
• Avoid installing apps from unknown sources that may compromise device security
• Avoid sharing their device or account credentials with others
